Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Ideal Living Accs., we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Returns

We currently do not accept return as all sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges for any items we deem defective. 

2. Return Process

To initiate an Exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at idealLivingAccs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. If applicable, please include any accessories, manuals, or free gifts received with the product.
  3. Ship the Return:
    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Return Approval:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat rate may be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping expenses.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. After the return is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item you are exchanging is of a different value than the replacement item, you will either be credited or charged for the difference in price.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at idealLivingAccs@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon approval, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
